The Penguins

(24 - 36 Months Old)

In the Penguins' Room, we teach children ages 24 - 36 months old. The daily schedule includes outside play, group time, arts and crafts, musical education, physical education, and self-help skills. During group time, they teach basic colors and shapes, numbers 1-20, the alphabet, days of the week, months of the year, seasons of the year, and weather for the day. Spanish is introduced and incorporated throughout the day. Ms. Breanna sends home a "My Day" note every day that tells you what your child ate, how their day was, how long they took a nap, and when they went to the bathroom. In the Penguins' Room, students start associating things happening in the world around them through exploration.
